We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the Portable Washer.

Conditions

To qualify for the guarantee:

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • The product must be used as intended and according to the provided instructions
  • One unit per customer is eligible for a refund under the guarantee
  • Refunds apply only to the product purchase price and do not include shipping fees

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@lifesupplygoods.com.

We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

Returns

Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Used items may not be eligible for return for hygiene and sanitary reasons unless covered under the money-back guarantee or confirmed defective.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

To qualify, the item must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.

This right may not apply to heavily used or damaged products due to hygiene and safety considerations.

Refunds

Once your return or claim is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional processing time.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
